Core work

Finance work tied to owner decisions.

Graybridge turns the accounting record into a working view of cash, margin, budgets, and the calls coming next.

04

Know which customers, jobs, locations, services, or teams are carrying margin.

05

Owner Decision Reviews

Use the numbers to decide what to price, hire, delay, fund, or push.

Engagement

Start with the numbers and the decisions they need to support.

  1. Fit call You bring the business context, current pressure points, and decisions ahead. Graybridge confirms whether the work is a fit.
  2. Initial review and proposal Graybridge reviews the current numbers, cash cycle, budget needs, and reporting gaps, then recommends a practical scope.
  3. Signed proposal and initial budget Once scope and cadence are set, Graybridge builds the first working budget, cash view, and reporting rhythm.
  4. Ongoing finance support The work stays close to the operating calendar: monthly cash updates, quarterly forecasts, business reviews, and annual budget preparation.

Pricing

Fixed monthly support, scoped to the business.

Most engagements run from $750/mo to $3,000/mo depending on the number of moving parts: receivables, payroll, locations, teams, budgets, reporting needs, and owner involvement.

Add-ons are scoped separately when the work calls for it: system cleanup, department budgets, lender materials, or a deeper review of cash, margin, and receivables.

Example work

See the work in practice.

Graybridge built a usable budget, P&L, and operating analysis for a roughly $300k agricultural business working from messy records and multiple statement types.

Founder

Graybridge Partners was founded by Moshe Kopolow. I work directly with owners and leadership teams who can get a lot of benefit out of high powered CFO work but don't have the budget to hire a full time CFO, especially one who does more than accounting.

Graybridge keeps it practical: clean up the numbers, explain what is changing, help uncover business drivers, and support the owners with a clean financial view.
