Most engagements run from $750/mo to $3,000/mo depending on the number of moving parts: receivables, payroll, locations, teams, budgets, reporting needs, and owner involvement.
Add-ons are scoped separately when the work calls for it: system cleanup, department budgets, lender materials, or a deeper review of cash, margin, and receivables.

Graybridge Partners was founded by Moshe Kopolow. I work directly with owners and leadership teams who can get a lot of benefit out of high powered CFO work but don't have the budget to hire a full time CFO, especially one who does more than accounting.
